Follow The Leader

Hey, I hope that your day is going well. Today, I will be talking about leadership. What makes the qualities of a great leader? Every great leader has always learned from someone else and trained themselves to become the best. For every great martial arts master, they always trained from a young age from a master and learned through trial and error to become the best.  Before I discuss this topic further, watch this clip from Kung Fu Panda (2008).

In this clip, you see that Master Shifu pushes Po to his limits in this training montage by trying to curb his desires to eat dumplings. In order for us to become a better leader, we must train. This philosophy of training to become a better leader is used in everyday life such as the workplace, sports, church, etc. In order for us to become the best, we must train our heart, body, mind, and spirit on a daily basis to be the best.

What are some qualities of a great leader? I give you three qualities that are important to become a great leader. First, a great leader will always love you for who you are. Second, a great leader will always push you to the limit. That means that will challenge you both mentally and physically to become the best. Third, a great leader will always be there for you, no matter what happens in your life. When life is going tough, you will always know that if you call, text, or email them at any time, they will have your back through the good and bad times.

I hope that this encourages you to become a better leader on a daily basis. Remember to like, comment, and follow this blog or like this blog on Facebook:
